The tire-type welding robot (Model WMM-10iD/8LHH500) is a mobile welding device tailored for large workpieces: It boasts flexible mobility (10km/h travel speed, 15-30km endurance, 4800mm minimum turning radius), eliminating fixed workstations to cut handling costs for large workpieces; it supports full-position welding (horizontal, flat, vertical, overhead), with a maximum 3800mm horizontal width and 3725mm vertical height to cover multi-scenario needs of large workpieces; its ±0.03mm repeat positioning accuracy ensures weld quality and reduces rework losses; equipped with 26.8KW system power, 4 lithium batteries and a cooling water tank, it enables stable long-duration continuous operation, while its 1780KG robust body suits heavy-load scenarios.
